Vision: A Safe, Unified and Diverse Community

Mission:  River Park Subdivision Volunteer Homeowners Association is committed to an enriched community with a well-maintained landscape and a safe, friendly environment that will ethically benefit all homeowners, promote unity and maintain property values.

River Park Subdivision is composed of 440 single family homes. Access is from either Lawrenceville Highway via Clearwater Place or Oakland Road via Hollywood Blvd. The neighbors of River Park came together to volunteer their time and talents to maintain and enhance our property values. We focus on building awareness of issues in our subdivision and working together to bring about satisfactory solutions for all.

Due to the flooding back in September 2009, we lost a treasure: the Pavilion and recreation area. Our principal goal is to restore the Pavillion and recreation area located at the end of the cul-de-sac on Crystal Drive. We will rebuild that area to include a natural watershed reserve where all neighbors can picnic, walk woodland trails, birdwatch, observe local wildlife. That’s only half of it. It will also be a place to enjoy socializing with neighbors, friends and family.

Please take a moment and view our committees and their responsibilities.

We are very excited for the changes to come! If each one of us contributes our skills and expertise, we can accomplish all our goals and more!
